Seasoned CEOs to guide new nonprofit leaders
The Tesoro Leadership Fellows program is accepting applications from nonprofit CEOs with less than five years tenure and senior leaders poised for executive leadership. One of the many benefits of this program is the opportunity to be mentored by a seasoned nonprofit executive.
As 2017 Tesoro Fellow and executive director of Blue Star Contemporary, Mary Heathcott said, "The Tesoro Leadership Fellows Program was transformative. I have participated in many professional development opportunities for executives, but none has been as comprehensive and multi-layered. It was much more than attending a series of seminars, the mentorship aspect and the support of a cohort of fellow nonprofit leaders provided an invaluable network of knowledge and support. It was an experience I draw from every day, and I'm sure will continue to do so in the future."
Become a fellow! Deadline to apply is Friday, June 30, at saafdn.org/TesoroFellowsProgram.
