of Advanced-Level Workshops for CEOs and Board Members
With succession planning, the board and CEO acknowledge that the agency will experience changes in leadership and ensure systems are in place to support leadership changes.
The final in a three-part series of sessions, entitled Succession Planning:Planned Departure, is scheduled for Wednesday, May 18 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Werling Associates, Inc. has conducted a nonprofit survey in the San Antonio area since 1998. Please take 5-7 minutes to answer a few questions - all survey participants receive a FREE copy of the final report published in June!
