Succession Planning – Second in a Series
of Advanced-Level Workshops for CEOs
Mention the words “Succession Planning” and people stop talking and give you their attention. Everyone is thinking: “What happened? Are you leaving? Who will lead this organization?”
With succession planning, the board and CEO acknowledge that the agency will experience changes in leadership and ensure systems are in place to support leadership changes.
The second in a three-part series of sessions, entitled Succession Planning:Sudden Departure, is scheduled for Wednesday, March 23 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
