Spurs Family Fantasy Recap

We had such a great time welcoming more than 75 kids in our community to the Spurs Practice Facility for our 5th annual Spurs Family Fantasy event presented by The Will Smith Foundation and GFR Development! Kids got to be a Spur for a day, where they were able to play, practice and learn from the Spurs and our coaching staff. Proceeds from the event went to benefit Silver & Black Give Back’s youth sports programs and service learning initiatives

Watch the video recap here.

Team Up Challenge in the Community

Earlier this month the Team Up Challenge students from St. Luke’s Episcopal School met up with T-Bone at the Witte Museum to learn responsible eating habits. These students are partnering with the Good Samaritan Community Services Center to identify children within the San Antonio Community who experience weekend hunger. They will secure non-perishable foods and assemble weekend “snackbags” for neighborhood children and families who are participants in the center’s various programs.
