Hall of Fame

NCAA Championship City

Shining Stars
Hall of FameAs we embark on a new year, I want to thank everyone who supported our San Antonio SportsAll-Star Football Game , presented by H-E-B. Steele High senior Justin Stockton scored five touchdowns -- three on kickoff returns to help the city's East All-Stars defeat the West 53-35 in front of 8,211 fans. Thousands more watched the game on the CW35. One of our primary goals is to give San Antonio athletes a chance to be seen in a competitive environment by college recruiters and this year's game brought numerous scouts to the Alamodome. This is truly a sustainable event that will grow and continue to generate funding for our youth programs.

A special thanks to H-E-B and the team at KABB Fox 29 San Antonio, News4 WOAI, and ESPN Radio 1250 AM for their support, as well as Frost Bank, Whataburger, CPS and Pizza Hut/MUY!.

A reminder that the San Antonio Sports Hall of Fame Tribute is on Saturday, February 1 at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center and features the Grammy award-winningCommodores, and a top-notch class being inducted that evening: Stan AlbeckArtis GilmoreJoe Straus, Sr. and the 2009 McAllister Park Little League All-Stars. And the silent and live auctions will offer some amazing items. If you haven't purchased your table, there's still time. Visit SanAntonioSports.org or contact Myrna Reyes at 210.820.2019.
