On the night before the Children's Summit lunch, focusing on delving into the data collected for our Annual School Rankings and exploring what the future of our children will look like, join us for our Summit Kick Off event at Gallerie Noir, where you will enjoy complimentary wine and cheese and mingle with some of our Summit speakers and experts! We will be honoring Neely Duncan Smith, who is a valuable partner and supporter of CHILDREN AT RISK, as well as a local child advocate with years of experience in bringing about positive change for the children of North Texas.
