Calling All Christians address issues of vocation and the Christian life. If you have ever wondered if God has something more for you to do, or what your calling might be, this is the message for you!
A complimentary small group curriculum titled Listen, will accompany the study.

New Study Groups
May 22, Invitation to Psalms Disciple Bible Study begins and will meet on Sundays at 4 p.m. in C167. This is a 10-week group study of the Psalms, which focuses on the prayers of praise and lament throughout the centuries. Save the Date
May 29, 5th Sunday at the Gethsemane Campus, all are invited to hear guest speakers from Duke Divinity School. Dr. Willie Jennings and Dean Laceye Warner will co-lead the session. Dr. Jennings is Associate Professor of Theology and Black Church Studies. Dean Warner, an ordained elder in the Texas Annual Conference, currently serves as Associate Dean for Academic Formation and Programs, Associate Professor of the Practice of Evangelism and Methodist Studies at Duke University Divinity School. Come at 9:15 a.m. for fellowship before the 9:30 a.m. program.

A Rolling Flood of Need
Tornadoes, floods and wildfires are sweeping across the southeast and southwest U.S. and UMCOR (United Methodist Committee on Relief) is responding with emergency grants, setting up call centers, conducting trainings for early response teams and spiritual and emotional care teams. You may make a contribution to St. Luke's UMC with a notation for Spring Storms. Funds will be sent to UMCOR and all funds are spent directly for emergency relief meeting basic needs, long-term recovery and case management. May 31, United Methodist Annual Conference is seeking “Ambassadors” to greet and hand out information to conference participants from 5:45–10 p.m. at the Hilton Hotel Americas. Contact Susan if you can help.
