Experiential Calendar This series of little daily experiences has been crafted to help deepen this time of self-examination. The practices are shaped by the Lenten scripture.  The calendar is available online, or you can receive it through the daily e-devotionals, text messages, or through Twitter.

Hearing Conference


Do you hear what I hear?
March 26, 8:30-12:30 p.m. at the Westheimer Campus

Free Hearing Conference for identifying and managing hearing loss. Workshops deal with the emotional impact of hearing loss and the latest technology. The conference includes more than a dozen vendor displays and free hearing screenings for those who have not been tested before. Keynote speaker is Teri Wathen, hearing Loss Research Specialist.

March 20, Healthy Aging Brain lecture
has been postponed and a new date will be announced.

March 27, SMU's Meadows Chorale will sing in worship during all three Sanctuary services (8:30, 9:45 and 11 a.m.) and will join with Pure Sound to perform at 4:30 p.m. in the Sanctuary. 

March 31, St. Luke’s is offering a 7-week Adoption Discovery class. Each session will be offered from 11:00 a.m. -11:00 p.m. on Thursdays through May 5. This educational series will incorporate insight from DVDs, workbooks and helpful downloads that outline every step for prospective parents. Most importantly, it offers encouragement through interacting with others in the same stage of life. The cost ($12) includes the workbook. Register online or contact Amy at 713-402-5134

April 1-3, Pure Sound Youth Choir presents the Stephen Schwartz musical "Children of Eden", 7 p.m. on April 1 & 2, and 2:30 p.m. on April 2 & 3 in the Fellowship Hall. Tickets $10.

The next eight-week session of SongPlay! a music and movement class appropriate for ages birth through preschool, begins the week of April 3. Classes are offered Sunday at 3 p.m. & 4 p.m. (Full), Monday at 9:15 a.m. & 10:30 a.m. and Tuesday though Thursday at 10 a.m. For more information and registration forms are available online, or contact Leah King at or 713-402-5028.
