The Arts of Collin County is partnering with local grocery stores as part of its BRAVO! Capital campaign to raise money for the arts hall.
The ACC is partnering with both Kroger and Tom Thumb. In order to break ground on Phase 1 of the arts park and performance hall, $12 million more is needed to be raised. The ACC hopes to raise the money through corporate donations, foundations and individuals. According to Mike Simpson, the time to build is now.
Money raised includes: Craig and Kathryn Hall, James and Betty Bell Muns, AT&T Foundation, Briar Ridge Investment, Stan Graff - El Dorado Family of Dealerships, Mario Sinacola & Sons Excavating, Inc., Texans Credit Union, The Eugene McDermott Foundation, Plano Arts Cultural Endowment, Ebby Halliday, David and Hiya Hoffman, Holcim (US) Inc., Roger and Jeanette Kent, George (Robbie) and Lynore Robinson, Kenneth Sellers, Charles S. Sharp, Jr. and Richard Strauss- Lantana Education/Charitable Foundation among others.
